Ideal Body Weight Calculator

The Ideal Body Weight (IBW) calculators will calculate for an adult medium body frame size. For a smaller frame size subtract 10%, for a larger frame size add 10%. Frame size is calculated by dividing height in centimeters by wrist circumference in centimeters to get a radius (r). The radius (r) is then compared to constants. Wrist circumference is measured at the wrist crease, the area between the wrist bone and the bottom of the hand.
